Carers Pathway Forum

Carers Pathway Forum

The Pathway Forum is a forum for people to discuss general issues affecting their caring role such as finances, changes to services or housing, for example. The forum is also a way for the Council to consult with carers with the aim of improving carer involvement in service planning and evaluation of services.

The meetings will sometimes have a guest speaker talking about a current topic of interest – suggestions for topics from carers are encouraged.

Membership is open to anyone in Islington age 18 or over who is providing unpaid care to another adult. Please note that we cannot provide individual casework at the meetings – but we can at our Advice Sessions! You may also find one of our Support Groups helpful.

Digital Support/Support Getting on Zoom
We’re all on a digital journey! Getting an email address, getting access to the internet, booking GP appointments online, all require an investment of time and an open-ness to discovering new ways of doing things. With this in mind, we’ve created a series of digital guides, specially developed to help people to get the most out of technology.

If you need help joining a group, contact us via our helpline 020 7281 3319.
