Dementia-Friendly Islington Activities
From Singing for the Brain to Arts classes and Park Cuppas, there’s a lot taking place in Islington for people with dementia and their carers. These activities are provided by organisations including Alzheimer’s Society, Islington Council, Arts 4 Dementia and Park Theatre.

Better Lives Family Service
Better Lives Family Service provide help and support for adults, children and families who are affected by their loved one’s alcohol and other drug addiction. The service holds an open Coffee Morning that takes place on the last Thursday of every month from 11am to 1pm. This is a friendly and welcoming space for clients and other people to visit and who want to know more about the family service and their links to other organisations in the community. They provide a variety of workshops and invite professionals from other services to talk about how they can help and support you.

Archway and District Carers Support Group
A relaxed, informal meetings where you will meet friendly people to share ideas, information and laughter.
