Join us for 6 weekly sessions at the Finsbury Leisure Centre. There will be two 1 hour dance sessions in each workshop (with a break inbetween), but you can go at your own pace. No dance experience required, just come and have some fun with us and other carers.
If you need to speak to someone after 5pm, you can contact our partner Mobilise Carer Support Team, who are available up to 10pm on weekdays and on the weekend they operate from 8am-10pm.
