Join David from the Carers Hub team for an enchanting walk around central London to enjoy the festive lights and discover a few Christmas markets in town.
The meet up point is at the Eleanor Cross monument in front of Charing Cross station and the walk will end around Leicester Square.
If you need to speak to someone after 5pm, you can contact our partner Mobilise Carer Support Team, who are available up to 10pm on weekdays and on the weekend they operate from 8am-10pm.
