11th June – 17th June 2018
Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
The focus on this year’s Carers Week is “Helping Carers to be healthy and Connected”.
This Carers Week we are looking at all the ways we can support carers to stay Healthy and Connected. Building communities which support carers to look after their loved ones well, while recognising that they are individuals with health and wellbeing needs of their own.

Each year we hold a national Carers Rights Day event to bring organisations across the borough together to help carers in the community know their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to. If you are caring for someone at the moment and would like to find out more about your rights and how to get help, join us at our event on:
Date: Friday 24th November 2017
Venue: Upper Holloway Baptist Church, 11, Tollington Way, N7 6RG
Time: 10.30am – 2pm
Lunch will be provided
