A welcoming and relaxing day focussing on self compassion and self-care for Carers. This day is intended to be to be a nourishing experience in itself, as well as a valuable opportunity to go deeper in our understanding and practice of self-compassion. There will be some gently led self-compassion practices, short talks on the theme, Questions & Answers and discussion, and sharing a meal: a chance to enjoy being together in friendly, supportive company.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing, and it’s a good idea to bring a water bottle for yourself.
