This Carers Rights Day, take some time out for yourself, hear from local services and meet other Islington carers over lunch.

10.30am – Tea, coffee and information stalls
11am – Unlocking new skills (Adult Community Learning, Islington Council)
11.30am – Finding and managing employment as a carer (Connect to Work, Islington Council)
12pm – Lunch and information stalls
1pm – Advocacy Support (Rethink)
1.30pm – Relaxing chair yoga (Peshala van der Geest, Age UK Islington)
2pm – Raffle and concluding remarks
